Aims and Conditions of the Treatment
The data transmitted will be preserved and dealt with according to the security and secrecy guarantees provided for by d. lgs. 30th June 2003 n.196 and will be used  with the unique purpose of performing the task received as well as for the informative communications given by the Bottino Law Firm, besides those cases provided by law.
The data will be dealt with by means of papers, data communications and automatism. By the way all data transmitted won’t be either alienated or transferred, in any case, to a third party, except for previous and explicit consent of the party concerned.

Nature of the Assignment
The nature of the data assignment is optional. However these data are necessary to the formulation of an estimate, to the execution of the task received and to the fiscal costs. Without the assignment it is impossible to carry out any activity on the petitioner’s behalf. By sending the form, the demander gives his consent  to data treatment included, according to the above-mentioned conditions.

The Interested Party’s Rights
The interested party will always be allowed to assert his rights in accordance with the art.7 of d.lgs. 30th June 2003, n.196, to require a modification, an integration, an updating, a confirmation or a cancellation of the data preserved.

Holders of the Treatment and Place where the Data are Preserved
The person in charge for the data treatment is the Carlo Bottino -Via Giambologna,1 20136 Milano tel 02 8356327 – fax.0293650315. The data are preserved in the same premises.
The person responsible for the treatment, in accordance with art.7 d.lgs. 196/2003, is the owner of the firm, Avv. Carlo Bottino.
All the material constituting this site, all electronic communications before being received and all surfing data are preserved  on ISP servers.
